Jerry Holden is the Founder and CEO of THA Brands and President & Broker of The Holden Agency, a full-service real estate enterprise headquartered in Mansfield, Ohio. Since entering the industry in 2005, Jerry has been involved in more than $250 million in residential, commercial, and development transactions across the United States. A former professional baseball player and graduate of The Ohio State University, he built his business on innovation, integrity, and a client-first philosophy that continues to define THA Brands today. In 2019, he expanded his vision by launching THA Brands, an integrated real estate platform encompassing brokerage, mortgage, title, and private equity development services. Jerry remains actively involved in development projects nationwide and serves on the Board of Directors for the Richland County Land Bank, contributing to community revitalization efforts throughout the region.
